Outdoor: NCAA regional qualifier in the steeplechase for the second time after running personal best 8:53.58 at the Stanford Invitational in late March ... earned All-Big 12 honors, placing sixth in the steeple ... Drake Relays Champion, running 1600-meter, anchor leg of winning distance medley relay team ... also anchored fifth-place 4x1600-meter relay team at Drake ... winner of the Tom Botts 1500-meter run, capturing new personal best with 3:47.79 clocking.
Indoor: Placed 10th in the Mile run at the Big 12 Indoor, came in 27th at 3000 meters.
2005:
Cross Country: Earned at-large bid to the NCAA Championships, placing 90th overall running at his career-best 10k time of 30:54 ... bronze medalist at the NCAA Regional Championship with 30:58 time, coming within six seconds of winner to earn second-consecutive All-Region honor ... was team's number one scorer with 21st-place performance at the Big 12 Championships ... placed second at the Bradley Classic.
Outdoor: Placed 22nd in the steeplechase at the Big 12 Championships ... season-best steeplechase-race came at the Drake Relays, clocking 9:18.34.
Indoor: Scored valuable points at the MU-KU-KSU Triangular with a runner-up showing in the 3000-meter run ... entered Missouri's all-time top five with a personal-best 3000-meter race at the Iowa State Classic.
2004:
Cross Country: Earned All-Big 12 and All-Region honors in breakthrough season ... placed ninth at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10k PR of 30:54, just missing an at-large individual birth to the NCAA Championships ... took 15th at the Big 12 Championships, improving 25 spots from the previous year ... led team at both the Notre Dame Invite and NCAA Pre-Nationals ... breakthrough meet coming at Notre Dame with 30th-place overall finish and personal-best time in the 8k of 24:20.
Outdoor: NCAA Regional Qualifier in the 3000-meter steeplechase, finished 21st ... set a new personal-best in the steeple at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 9:05.68 ... 13th at the Big 12 Championships (steeple) ... other season bests: 800m, 1:58.21, Nebraska Quad; 1500m, 3:56.46, Missouri Relays

Outdoor: All-Big 12 in the steeplechase after a seventh place finish at the conference meet (9:29.51) ... finished third at the Missouri Relays in the same event.
Indoor: Ran in the mile and 3000-meter run events ... placed seventh at the Missouri Invitational and Illinois Invitational in the mile.
2002:
Cross Country: Solid start to freshman year ... placed in the top three among team in all meets except Iona Invitational ... finished eighth at the Missouri CC Challenge ... placed 47th at conference meet ... 56th at NCAA Regionals.
