Outdoor: NCAA regional qualifier in the steeplechase for the second time after running personal best 8:53.58 at the Stanford Invitational in late March ... earned All-Big 12 honors, placing sixth in the steeple ... Drake Relays Champion, running 1600-meter, anchor leg of winning distance medley relay team ... also anchored fifth-place 4x1600-meter relay team at Drake ... winner of the Tom Botts 1500-meter run, capturing new personal best with 3:47.79 clocking. Indoor: Placed 10th in the Mile run at the Big 12 Indoor, came in 27th at 3000 meters.

2005:
Cross Country: Earned at-large bid to the NCAA Championships, placing 90th overall running at his career-best 10k time of 30:54 ... bronze medalist at the NCAA Regional Championship with 30:58 time, coming within six seconds of winner to earn second-consecutive All-Region honor ... was team's number one scorer with 21st-place performance at the Big 12 Championships ... placed second at the Bradley Classic. Outdoor: Placed 22nd in the steeplechase at the Big 12 Championships ... season-best steeplechase-race came at the Drake Relays, clocking 9:18.34. Indoor: Scored valuable points at the MU-KU-KSU Triangular with a runner-up showing in the 3000-meter run ... entered Missouri's all-time top five with a personal-best 3000-meter race at the Iowa State Classic.

Indoor: Ran in the mile and 3000-meter run events ... placed seventh at the Missouri Invitational and Illinois Invitational in the mile.
